Ryancttm Intro

Hi. I'm Ryan. I started playing RS way back in 2005. I played it for roughly 3 years and then took a hiatus...for around 7 years. Now I'm back. That also means that this whole EOC, GE, and...well...Runescape 3 is COMPLETELY different to me.

I left in the days when Dragon Chains were 35M and the Abyssal Whip was the best item in the game. Things sure have changed, eh? Even back when I was playing I was really into the whole making money part of RS. I topped out at a Purple Party hat around 235M, I think? Gave that away to a clan mate when I parted ways. The GE has certainly made merchanting(that's what we called it then) a bit easier. So because of my long absence, you'll have to excuse my extremely nooby questions.

That all being said, I'm 22 years old, which makes me feel like a creeper for playing RS. I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Marketing and now I work at a pretty cool Advertising Agency doing their digital marketing. Think Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Websites. :DMy Micro and Macro Econ classes helped me a bit when it comes to flipping

You all seem like fun people. I think I'll stop being a lurker.

RS grows with us, eh? When I first started, all I wanted to do was wear gnome shorts and flowers and now..look at us; masters of the RS economy!

No, its not that you aren't a creeper, its that all of them are too.....
